So tired. Not sure... about how to adjust cals when I do things early in the morning that burn a ton of cals.
I think this draginess is part of my work out this morning.
And then I ate a small yogurt and expected it to be enough. Hm.
Also; I truly am addicted to the IM. I wonder if I should re think the IM situation... no idea.
Man I am tired.
I think some toast and a small amount of scrambled egg might just give me that extra oomph without being over the top...
Edit: That seemed to do the trick. 1/3 cup of garden egg beaters and a slice of 45 cal toast with butter and honey. Protein and carbs... all for roughly 100 cals. Add that to my yogurt, and it seems it might combat my 40 minute work out.
