I stand corrected in whole. I actually knew a lot of that[mostly because I recently have been reading BoL]; but seemingly I've heard it indicated otherwise for so long that it still instictively comes to mind.
Frustratingly so for it to contiually be mis-interpreted/represented.
It's a good thing to read. And beyond basic information about who wrote it, when, and how, interpretation is up to you! As you've probably read, anyone who interprets one word of the content for another person shall be "shunned as a center of pestilence"!

Ceremonial Magician
Supreme Muckity Magus type
but not Wiccan.
It's thought that Crowley helped Gardner create Wicca during a multi-month bender.
Re: Do you like it?
Date: 2005-01-04 06:04 pm (UTC)The quote is attributed to Nuit.
Some say that it really was Crowley, recieving it through his Holy Guardian Angel. Others think it was chanelled from someone else.
Either another entity or his MUCH higher self is beleivable to me, as it's the least narcissitic of any of his works that I have read.
