The clock strikes 3AM

I am home at last. What a weekend, so far. I’m loving every second of this weekend, honestly. It’s quiet here in my home. The dogs are spending the night with mom, and I have no company sharing my space with me. I don’t think I’ve done that before.
Ever.
Today was OLOTEAS day. Driving home from Denny’s made me want to cry. After I dropped Kirkbus #2 off, I felt such an incredible sense of belonging and love, I couldn’t describe it. How could I have stayed away for so long, when these people are so beautiful?
I know varying things got in the way. (Hawaii, Christmas, Ryan's birthday.)
I cannot help but feel so much more grounded and better about my whole life, after today. Each and every one of you mean so much to me. What would my life be, without OLOTEAS?
Happy 10th Birthday OLOTEAS. To all staff, thank you for pouring your heart into our community. Thank you for all the hard work, the blood, sweat and tears that you've all endured at some point.
This community, a place I know I can always count on, holds such a powerful role to me.
I knew this was true. Though, I have never felt a deeper bond to it than I have in my recent absence.
I am so exhausted.
Let's do a brief recap:
Arrived later than planned. No biggie.
Talked to really special people, did potluck, went to the hot tub, ran off to pre-ritual discussion, ritual, AWESOME drum circle where tons of dancing ensued (sweaty sweaty sweaty!) Swimming.
Cleanup.
Denny's.
"Can I push your button?"
Omgs. And my favorite eye candy waiter was working.
*Swoons* Geoffrey, you're my hero. Please pick up the table, therein flexing your muscles just a little longer.
HRM.
So much more to write. So little intellect left.
And Friday. Ohhhh Friday so fuN!
Later though. Suffice to say I had SO much fun.
DANCE DANCE DANCE!
I need to get better at dancing still.
The girls at drum circle had some great feedback for me. So I guess I can be a hot dancer in some ways.
lol.
So sleepy.
SO SLEEPY.

I love the Kirkbuses.
Those 2 girls listened to me yammer all day/night long!!!!
Such love.
So many vibrant people.
So little time.
