Renton Bikram Yoga Update
Jan. 16th, 2010 03:17 pmOn Thursday, we had our last class in the old location. Annette, the studio owner has moved our location like 1 block over to a huge place. Friday, was forced to take the day off Yoga.
The last class was memorable... 41 people in the room, which is packed with the old room size. The new room can hold 100-140some people. We had our first class, and only class there so far, at noon today.
There were over 130 people in this class. It was probably one of the funniest classes, and definitely another vivid memory for the stack - as I'll say.
I was sad to leave the old studio because it was where I grew from zero Yoga practice, to a full fledged regular practice. I went through some hard times, and some very good times at the old place. But - change is good.
This new studio is huge, and all my peeps are going to be there after all.
So, today begins the new era of Annette's studio. Very interesting day already! Last week I did sort of poorly on my work out schedule. I still worked out - just not as often as I prefer. Here's to this coming week.
Thank goodness the studio has regular schedules from here on out. And I think now that mercury has gone direct, focus and improvement will be upcoming.
In a short while I will go chill with the one and only Jonny. Very excited. He now lives closer and I'm happy for that. In his own environment, instead of the rents' house. I just think it will be good for him to have his own space again. And happily, it is more convenient for me too!
I also better find lunch soon.
