It was a busy day at work. Got the first call at 7:11AM...off and running; straight to PWE.
There were 2 total PC Help requests.... and yet I still was busy all day long.
And when 6PM came, it was time to go film Concerts on the green. At 5:45 TS beeped me asking if I had a blanket to bring; his wife had forgotten theirs, I think. I brought one for them. They seemed grateful.
Things went smoothly. Audio worked straight off, T had his setup perfect... he even learned from his last experience: assign us numbers for the cameras, don't try to direct solely using names. No matter how hard he tries, he reverts to numbers. The second concert we filmed, we all guessed what # he had associated us with in his head. After a couple trials ... and errors :P
I was feeling spacey... I only got distracted once or twice ;) Worse than usual. I had focus issues with my lense and my brain. Rockin' country. I'm actually an advocate of some country music; and this wasn't bad. It just got boring. Like, they had too much of a signature sound to their band - so much, that it just seemed to blend together and by the end, it was no longer interesting.
I was relieved to hear the all clear. We were done. Packing up went fast. And unloading was eh, okay. So, after my 7:10AM start... I finally headed home at 9:15PM. I ate, called Khaya, and went to sleep.
Consequently, I did not want to get up to go back to work at 7. The good news was my hot shower. That was nice. Oh. And the cool high-ponytail.
And I still have my lines. They didn't evaporate over the weekend. Silly fears!
Crap. TS-#2... is telling a story that is cracking me up. I've got to go.
lol.
