The excitement has re-established itself. The weekend was a bit harsh and I felt funky.
Now? I've spent the last couple of days with mom, and I have fabulous friends that really do reiterate how it's OKAY to be excited!
I just can't wait!!!
Seems so incredibly hard to believe that this time tomorrow, I'll be on the plane awaiting take-off!
The flight leaves at 8:40AM.
By noon thirty, we'll be there!
Been taking some no-Khaya time, because we'll be spending the next 2 weeks together.
:D
I have gathered entertainment devices for low-key moments and packed most of what needs to be packed. I just need to grab my shampoo from Khaya's house [because I like the stuff I have there] and so forth. I have my carry on bag oriented, and also my check in bag. I have plenty of clothesssss and all that good stuff, sun tan lotion, swim suit, hiking gear, etc etc, all packed. And of course. Don't forget the golf clubs. ;)
Anyhow. I have 2 meetings and other work to finish up before I leave today. Like this stupid cop laptop. And a new officer that I need to get set up. Yeah. That sort.
