Notes on the rental unit:

o Includes Washer/Dyer Unit [Old and scummy, can be cleaned up]
o Refrigerator is small and old, could use cleaning up
o Some nice cabinets and ceiling lights
o Moderate drawer space in kitchen
o Built in shelving in living room
o Living room and bedroom spacious
 Bedroom about the size of my current bedroom
 Living room about the size of the downstairs by garage
o Good spot for portable dishwasher
o A/C, fireplace [electric.]
o Funky toilet room just inside first door
 Was wheel chair accessible, built it for a sick person who lived there before when it was first built.
o Shower stall has no wall, curtain only, wheel chair accessible
o Spacious bathroom duals as a laundry room
o Counter space in bathroom, drawer space
o Small mirror/sink in bathroom
o Fence could be torn down at any time, Agenda Bill for more parking
 Has been an agenda bill for that since Bob lived there. They haven’t moved on it yet. They may not. They may.
o Can ask you to leave with 30 days notice
 Generally don’t, haven’t done it before
o Can raise rent 30 days notice
o It is the new side to Duplex, built about 4-5 years ago, the other side is older.
