Here's to a better October.
I think for my own accountability I will post my monthly workout logs.
At least then I know where I stand!!! And the trends will become very easy to see. I have a neat little mirror calendar board I hung in the hallway to the utility room, it's a wipe off board. Works great for this. As an exercise reward, I get to log what I did. It looks so shiny to me when I stand back and see that I'm doing great things for me.
Stay tuned in November for how October goes!
