Much of nothing in an entry

angelakAnother day in paradise. Waiting for NGD to get his act together with this upgrade that I really want nothing to do with. The reason is because it is hard enough to make sense of what the fuck he is saying when I am dealing with things I do know about regarding work. We were supposed to start at 8AM. It's past 8 now, I asked him what was up, and I barely understood wtf he was trying to tell me. Oh, he'd let me know when it was time.
Well, do I look like I don't have other crap to get done today? The rest I won't verbalize on.
No need.
I am just crabby. Work turns me into a giant crabapple. I cannot wait until one day I can take another trip and practice some acute escapism. Also that week after of just “chill” time. But I really know the fact is that I am here, and this is how it is.
Anyways. Coffee, coffee, coffee!!!!!
Annnnd man. I need a life. Homelife is annoying me lately. Somehow.
My Nashville coffee mug lost the bottom (traction plate). Damnit. I knew it would wear out.
I drink out of this mug to remind me that I really was away from work, I really did have a nice vacation earlier this year, and then I pretend I'm still there.
Nashville and Tampa.
I can't wait to go back to Tampa sometime... (Susan), but if I were to go somewhere else, where would I go? I just need a place to stay. Merely. Hotels blow. ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$)
Epiphany: I think Julie's forte=Databases.
That had nothing to do with the rest of my post. It just hit me.
Another thing. Thanks for all the compliments about my current figure. You all rock. It's been an interesting road to get to this place for me. Occasionally people notice. It's pretty nice when they do.

Thawing my turkey breast. I have a boneless turkey breast roast that I will be cooking in my crockpot later today for dinner. It is going to be great.
