Solstice Wrap-Up

angelakWent to OLOTEAS, saw some people... was low key mostly.
I am announcing that J-Bug is probably the cutest kid I've witnessed. I had the chance to just sit and watch her for more than the typical amount of time. I'm impressed. At 3 and a half she perhaps encompasses more observation skills than I've seen some adults have about people who surround them.
Our favorite part was when she saw Jim laying down with his allergies and she instructed us in a very articulate manner, that we should, "Put him to sleep and then give him something good to drink." And then I saw her notice Isaac's allergies and she went to go get him a tissue because he needed one.
Not only is she an extraordinary kid - she's got 2 kick ass parents. End of story.
We left early as Jim's allergies were killing him.
Went to bed pretty early even. Now I'm awake and not sure what to do with myself. Not in the mood for a run yet.
Been to a lot of events lately. Feel like sitting out on anymore festivities.
After all, how many potlucks can you stand consecutively? And the parties I have been to, I don't know. I felt more socially awkward than usual. It must be because I'm out of the overall loop.

Who knows. We'll see where things are at in a few months. Maybe I can get back into the loop. Or maybe I'm fine right where I am.
