Sinking

That feeling
In your chest
The one that sinks
And flows through you
That encompasses your whole
As it falls
From your chest, to your stomach
To your loins
And continues
Dying, at your feet
Pain, stinging
Like a needle,
Entering your soul
As if someone held a doll
And wrote your name on it
Stabbing a knife
Into you
Evoking that feeling
That sits in your stomach
Violent illness
Sinking through you
In silence, you flounder
And no one cares
No one is there
To see you falter
Your intellect
Means nothing
Your labors, again
Are passed by
Age and age alone
Will give you importance
So, be aware of that
Feeling
Sinking through you
Flowing, like blood
Dripping
Like blood
Out of your delicate heart
No solace for you
Someone else will
Enjoy this malice
As they watch you
From afar
Endlessly
Timeless
It follows you
That feeling,
Flowing through you
Sinking
