If I might make a recommendation: you may want to change the way the e-mail address is posted in this entry to something less obviously an e-mail address, like "lists at ithisia dot com", or something like that. Otherwise, spam harvesters will eventually find it here since it's a public entry.

I get so much junk mail to my sandra at oloteas and seattlesolutions accounts because of posting them on the web years ago - it's just insane.
