How cool am I?

I managed to get my hand stuck in a desk, today.
We're setting up the Municipal court downstairs, so luckily it was a vacant desk.
The three of us were discussing some things while setting up.
Chris and Tim didn't realize it was really stuck [they were joking about it] until they realized I had scratches on my wrist from it. Yeay.

'Put your hand in a hole that is too small, what do you expect, numbfuck?' I say to myself.
"You have small hands, Angela. You can get the power cable." Tim says.
Though the truth we later discussed? My hands are nearly as big as his. Small handed man, not so small handed woman. Lovely ratio.

Thus I put my hand in a hole that was too small. Hm. The only concievable answer was to suck up the pain while the unsuspecting by-standers made jokes [because it wasn't obvious, seriously....] about my hand being stuck. Haha. Except.... my hand was stuck.
Staring straight at them while experiencing the lovely scraping of flesh.
Jeah.

I'm one slick fr00t.

I told Tim later: Pain is never boring.
Heehee. I didn't even say ow.
So when you see my self-inflicted scrapes on my right hand.....
NOW you know why.

The scrapes really aren't that bad. Except the one that follows the length of my vein on the top of my hand. That one feels weird. I must have bruised it.

Edit: If the wrist wasn't enough, I thought I'd go for the left shoulder on a DIFFERENT desk.
Really, really. I'm awesome.

Just consider it part of the blood sacrifice to the computer god's. I have scar's from my elbows down from getting cut up by all sorts of stuff.

It could be worse, at least you didn't have to try to disconnect a flex hose off a jet engine in only your t-shirt because your the only one with long thin arms and it was to tight to fit your arm with any clothing on. Oh and it was about 20 below with a heater blowing hot air up to keep my skin from bonding to the engine so I wouldn't get frost bite, and it was snowing and 20 mile an hour winds.
