Well; I'll do whatever I can fit in. When my sister is there; it'd be a cool way to get to see her occassionally, as we don't really get to see each other as much as we might like. And also... She seems kind of lonely for someone to skate with.
But typically I like to just go by myself too. It's very relaxing and refreshing!
Ah...I totally understand the getting time with your sister thing...my sister is at the UW with me, lives less than a mile away, and the only time I see her is when we're at debate practice together.
And I had old lousy skates... I used to skate pretty frequently; though I'm no great wonder on the ice or anything... I just finally purchased some NICE skates. Mostly because my old ones were sucking; therefore keeping me from randomly running down to the rink. :D
Ahh...I've skated about three times in my whole life (or, at the most, a number I can count on one hand). But the few times I went, I was decently good at it. If I had a cheap rink nearby, and I had the time, I might invest in some skates too. There's nothing like fun exercise!
