Perhaps you're experiencing people-overload. If you're an introvert (defined as someone who derives energy from being alone vs. with other people) you might just need a day without people.
Personally, I think I needed my people-less day a few weeks ago...
Well, I wonder what you mean by "you all." Everyone you know, or just everyone that you see all the time? But in any case, it doesn't strike me as anything bad or odd. I've felt that many times before, and I don't even have close to as many friends as you do. Then again, I tend not to be as much of a people person as you are, but still, it seems like something that would be natural for most people once in a while. *shrugs*
