I already feel different and more grounded today.
One step at a time.
Really, seriously committing to some relaxing has helped. I'm thinking I should tread carefully about the relaxing stuff. Going too long without can have adverse effects.

Yes, dear. This is what I've been trying to explain to you for so many years. You love to be busy, but there are times when you need to cut back, or else your body and mind will start to complain.

... Silly girl. :)

Yeah. My brain started to majorly complain.
But the good news is I'm already bouncing back.
But I'll be slow about it. If I can!

Yeah, I can see you bouncing back pretty easily. You generally do. You are most definitely a high-energy person, so you probably don't need to rest as often as some, but you DO need it every once in a while. Just gotta learn to listen to your body - it will tell you when you need rest - and don't ignore it! :) I think that may be your flaw... you know when you're tired, but you like to ignore it and see how far you can push yourself.

I know exactly what you mean. I need to start learning to schedule in relaxation time so I don't get as overwhelmed as I have been lately...
