The good news

The good news? A co worker asked me if I was still running - IE, the figure looks similair. That's always great.
Someday I will be back from my injury sidelines. Ooooh, someday. The bliss. I have committed to myself that I will only do that when I have been solidly painfree.

No jumping the gun.

I mean it!!!
Until then, I fantasize.
In other fitness news, Today will be the 9th straight day of Bikram in a row.

I found it while cleaning on lunch with Jim. In the Den. Under some blankets?

I'm not sure if I want to switch BACK to the new phone or not, lol. I might just switch my SIM card back and forth like a dork! heh...

Today, it's Fritz' 5th birthday!
Happy Birthday to my little doggie!

( Me and Fritz 5 years ago plus a few weeks. )

The dog is no less obsessed with me. But now he has Jimmy and he adores Jim so very much.

:D He sure has turned into a great dog.
