The ice cream I had was really good.
Although it doesn't really feel that great in my belly.

:P
Just saying. (And no, I didn't wolf down THAT much...)

I, you are looking awesome in your pictures. Yoga must be putting you in great shape! Hope the running injuries heal well. Moderation in all things! Hey, a friend of mine was telling me this and I have not researched it yet. She said that they did a scan of bodily blood flow for someone eating a large amount of regular ice cream and in the pictures they could literaly see the blood flow slow as the body tried to process all the fat hitting thier system. Probably a exageration. But, I have also heard that with older folks, sometimes heart attacks are induced by the rapid injestion of a large fatty meal. So, there could be some truth to it.

But, you are so young and with a strong cardiovascular system so that indulging once in a while shouldn't even phase you. Munch on!

Fitness vs. foodies

Fitness and foodies should come hand in hand :D
All in moderation.
1/2 cup of ice cream, or 2 beers?

Both fattening ;)
TO clear a falsehood.
The injury didn't come from running itself, by the way. Contrary. It just affected my hobby OF running. The injury came from circuit training with jumping involved - on uneven (grass) surface. Just 18 minutes of repetitive jumping and (I unknowingly) chose the grass surface because I figured it'd be better on my hands for the other parts of the circuit I was working on.

I clear this one because errr... I have trained VERY effectively with running and tried hard not to overdo it there. And yet after all that work - a different training method fucked me over. Woo. Hoo.

Blood flow and ice cream. It is when you have too much of anything you're screwed (foodwise).
:D

I indulge enough so that I don't over-indulge later. The keys to a good food balance!
