Happy 24th Birthday, Jill.
Though she'd never read this. It's a note-worthy day, merely because she's an awesome sister. I like her because she hates people. :D

Was randomly browsing on the website. Wow, amazingly, a city rental showed up to the PUBLIC. This hasn't happened in quite some time; most employees tend to snatch them up!

I was just impressed. I should write a real post about the weekend, but I keep getting distracted or something.
*sighs* Yeah.

Anyyyway.

Crazy stuffs.
Oh yeah. Yeay court day. Or not. Wednesdays blow because of court day downstairs.

If it were possible for me to live in Issaquah, I'd be so bloody jealous...that place isn't even twice the rent I'm paying now! Gah! *seriously considers severe commuting next year*

Be warned :D

You see.
City Rentals are known for their really-really-good deals.
Typically, thus why they only go to employees.

Rent for Issaquah typically, for a house that size, is more like $1,400 a month at least...
So ja.

This is not the typical going rate here, lol.
The two bedroom apts are about $900 on average.

Fair enough. That's still lower than the U. District, but not too much lower. And if I moved out there, I'd probably have to have a car to be able to get to/from what I need to do...so probably not. But I do recognize a good deal when I see one.

but then...

I have no idea what rent is like in the U districty area, but I'm willing to bet pretty high...
Hm.

Well, it is high, but it's not that high...I have a one-bedroom for $600, which includes everything except electricity. So it's not quite a big enough difference to warrant moving, especially when this location is so convenient for me. That doesn't mean the sheer numbers aren't tempting, though...

Oh, yeah.
It's certainly a deal.
Too bad
A- I don't need a room-mate, or
B- I have no real use of three whole bedrooms, lol.
C- I already have a pretty good deal myself. But STILL. 2 car garage? :)

A junk basement? A dishwasher? EH.
A bit further away from work than *across the street where everyone can stare at me*

lol.
Whatevah!

Teehee.

I know exactly what you mean. I almost wish I needed it, it's that kind of deal.
