Still working away. Car 129's laptop sits on my desk and I doctor it's messed up NetMotion. Joy.

Yesterday:

I took care of some errands and got my hair cut. Yeah. I was hoping I would have the same girl that did it so well last time before I butchered it by shaving off part of my facial framing and then having to go back to another idiot who fucked up not realizing I didn't want ANYTHING else changed... and she did royally fuck the cut before I could say "stop stop!"....

Stupid lady. Still angry.

None the less... it looks so, so. It's shorter. I guess that's okay. Good for the summer...
As for the layering -- I settled with a different girl. I should have waited for the one who did my hair last time.
The one I settled for was not as great at layering as I would have liked, however - she entertained me because she said she couldn't read well or spell. [I overheard her having difficulty spelling "CHEESECAKE," and "DOUGH" ...
It was weird, because I guess I do take for granted my ability to spell even those words.

So. It looks boring like usual, only shorter. As follows.

News.
I've been talking for a few months about selling my Camaro. It is my second child [Black Beauty being my first...] And so this may be difficult for me.

However. I know it's always a love/hate relationship between Camaros and myself. It's merely that it isn't doing me any good anymore. By selling it, I could do one of a few things.

1- Save money on insurance, though not much, as I really am not paying that much.
2- No longer be burdoned with incessant repairs.
3- No longer be looked at funny for being 20 years old and the proud owner of 2 babies.
4- I could possibly have the money for the rapidly pending clutch replacement that will be needed on Joe the Eclipse.
5- Finance part of my trip to Europe next year.
6- Pay down part of my loan on Joe, perhaps creating less interest for myself...
7- Sniffles... I want a WRX and I refuse to give myself one. Though I thought I'd whine anyway.
[I WANT four doors and a turbocharger... snifffffles.] Oh well, whatever.

SO. Here's the gig.
My brother thinks he might want to buy it from me.
I could do a few things. Offload it and ensure HE have to take it to get the emissions tested, and offer to pay for the tabs.

He said at which point I could drive it when I wanted every once and a while [if I dropped off Joe for him to use of course.]

He would fix the brakes, that need fixed.
Of course, this would all happen in a payment plan, which I guess is the only bummer part.
It would not be all cash in hand, and I haven't set a price.

The other idea is perhaps a barter system.
I buy a clutch, he looks up shop price for labor --
And replaces the clutch and dudects from his loan on the Camaro.

These are all considerations.
Many things to think about regarding them.
As it is, the car is getting very little use due to it's problems that I have been unable to fix currently.
It frustrates me because I CANNOT drive it in the beautiful weather or get use of the T tops, which was a big part of why I got the car to begin with.

My brother misses his Trans Am.
He is frustrated with his CRX. It lacks power.
I don't know if he really wants to do this -- seeing as the CRX surely gets good gas milage, and the Camaro only medicre.

Regardless.
The thought of unloading it and still having the supposed use of it, might be nice. Though I doubt as though I'd use it much anyway, because the convenience of grabbing it isn't there. [Would I REALLY want to go up to Everett to get it - would he be off the days I wanted it?]

Though, if it was reliable and fixed, I may just try and borrow it; with planning.

Anyway. It's 5:30 [I've been working and typing...]

And once I drop this laptop off at Dispatch, there's no reason I can't mosey on home.
*sighs* Anyway. We'll see about the Camaro.

Teehee.
No problem, ;)

[Your hair still looks cool, even though it's short. FYI.]

Yeah. We better make time to hang out soon.
Stupid time. Getting in the way of my friendships!

We should definitely make time to hang out...we haven't done that in a very, very long time (although not as long as the last break between hanging out...).

I don't know when I'll be able to do it, though...my schedule is getting (staying?) very crazy, and I'm about to start summer break, which means even less time. (I'm not exactly sure how that works, but I think it has something to do with more money...)

I know you don't like movies, but how do you feel about sharing your hiking experience? I'd really like to go on a hike, and either I could make my way out to Issaquah and climb Tiger with you, or you could pick me up and we could go somewhere out of the way. How does that sound?

Amazing it took me this long to respond!

Movies are kinda sad because you can't talk during them.
That's one of the reasons I hate movies. You've inspired a subject for an Lj entry. I just posted a way too long explanation on that. Not directed at you really--- ....

Hiking would be great! We should do that.
We'll get out there one of these days when our schedules clear up and also mesh.
We'll make it happen!!!

Much love,
-Angela

Though.
The occassional movie is a good thing.

I should add that to my post.

Hm.

Well, I think I like movies so much mainly because that's how my family spent "family time"...we didn't talk much, which is one thing I always regretted, but usually my dad was too tired to do anything but sleep in front of the TV, and my sister and I were happy just to get that much time with him. So...yeah. But I do understand where you're coming from, and I'll keep that in mind when I read your post ;-p.

Okay! Hiking it is. Now, my weekends are pretty much screwed until July....
