Energy Work -- HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

angelakAlrighty. I might as well just quickly rap this out. Last night was interesting energy work. It was intense and I daresay I was worn out by the end. And, amazingly, pushed on personal boundaries. I didn't think I had many boundaries, but we reached one of them. It was all worth it to learn, though, and I had the greatest time ever.
So, we'll keep this on a general plane. We worked with reading chakras, sending our energy through chakras, and also just basic energy pokage. We learned energic CPR so to speak... ehhh, That was fun and different and entertaining all in one. All I have to say is that it's a good thing Cheryl is one of my best friends, LOL. To learn this and all that. Bobby said a lot of encouraging things to us and I feel really good about that, and I'm thrilled to be learning and working with him.
Very amazing and impressive the experience was. All and all, I was exhausted. Still am a little loopy, but I'm doing okay. Steve helped me balance my chakras! :D Anyway. I want out of here for the holidays and so I can go and enjoy my celebration with the folks. Excited about that. *grins* *sighs* Want to go now. I am stuck here at the office ALL by myself. I should go do some work, but WHO has got the motivation to do that? I did a few things that I needed to get done earlier on... and now? I'm just... biding my time until 4PM when I get off. Then it'll be a mad race to grab my doggie, the gifts, and Steve from his parents' and take us all to SULTAN, where we'll have the usual XMAS celebration that my family always does, just us. Tomorrow morning is Grandma's, like always. And then, Afternoon wise, we go to Steve's parents' house [lousy].... anyway. I'd just have to WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY HOLIDAY [CHRISTMAS, YULE AND CHUNUKAH!]
