Monday.
Tuesday.
Wednesday.

Bam Bam Bam.
The week is off to a gallop. And this week seems to be one of the busiest weeks I have had in a long time. Tonight would be the City Slickers’ Jack and Jill softball practice had I not decided to blow it off until Monday – the other practice before the game.

The main reason I am blowing it off is because I don’t have a mitt yet though.
Drats.

Secondarily, I would have gone for a hike. Except that now Thursday has become PPC meeting day. This means Wednesday could potentially be the one Jim-day for the week.
So I am probably driving over to Tacoma.

And then there is my dilemma. I have been arguing with myself all season about whether or not I want to go to Fires of Lughnasadh this year. I know – I know. It seems odd not to, although it already feels weird enough this year having sat out the season. I had wanted to staff the event and failed to be notified of the mandatory meeting date.

This weekend seems stressful trying to rush in after the wedding to the event. Yes, there ARE three days. Although, there’s this violent urge inside of me not to go. This being said, perhaps also having a couple of discussions with said deity, I might be sitting out the event this year to keep things less complex in my head.

Besides. Honestly, honestly – I can honor Lugh in my own ways too – and I can also admit that my life is going along pretty well at the moment, and the idea of how things (even if I have been a ritualist in the past) have gone after the ritual in years past… worries me. I do not need an upheaval of my life one more year in a row.

There is the possibility I may show up for Friday night, or MAYBE Sunday night.
However, I think that as for making it a set in stone plan – eh.
I’ll go with what the weekend brings.

So this last weekend consisted of much rest.
Friday I went to Tacoma. Got all my stuff together. Saturday night was a lot of fun. Went to Schooner’s, got drunk, had a merry time. Spent too much money at the bar. Although, considering how in the last couple of months I haven’t spent much on alcohol at all – I guess I could justify it that way. And it was Ernest’s birthday so I bought him a drink and so forth and so on. (That was why we went to Schooner’s in the first place.) Ernest said that it was sad when Jim and I left because he had no other drunk to talk to.

I know how it is. It’s no fun to talk to only sober folk when you’re the only drunk one. However, it’s COMPLETELY the other way around if you’re the only sober one. Until you want to bitch slap the drunks for being idiots.

Left a little earlier than I wanted because Jimmy felt sickish earlier in the evening, after he had gotten off army-gig. Allergies were acting up, and apparently he was coming down with something.

And as for the Angela-drunk; I was being a hilarious apparently. I got drunk faster than I expected mostly because I’ve had a dry spell lately. And folks were due-ly amused.
I made an off-handed statement when Ernest told me to make love to the camera and they had me repeat it. Something along the lines of, “I’d make love to the camera if it looked like Jim.” Lol.

Silly drunk.
And they got the repeat on Mikey’s camera, some video footage.
Hmmm. Went to the Pho place afterwards on Jim’s request. He’s not used to me talking the ENTIRE time. And I did. And I talked ALL the way to Taco Bell where I had requested because… Pho isn’t my favorite. And back to the apartment. And then we went to sleep.

Sunday? Sunday. Jim went to army-gig, at o’god’clock in the morning. (5:30, getting up at 5). I slept in and read my book. I got up and was ready to leave to do some errands when I saw Ernest getting up. Talked to E for a while. And then I went to the mall. Ernest offered to watch the dogs and that was pleasant and made life easier on me.

I got some errands I needed to get done (under-wear for the bridesmaid dress for Saturday). I found a really cute skirt for cheap also.

I brought back food for the guys, we ate it, watched a couple movies, and then Jim came home. That was yeay. Other stuff ensued.

Monday was mom day. Again, Jim got up early to go to army-gig and I slept in. Jim was sick and had to jump through sick-hoops so he could go home from army-gig. He didn’t realize “sick call” (a building they go to make sure you’re actually sick) didn’t open until 8:30, so he headed out at 5:30 only to come back and kill time with...

Good sex.
(I mean come on, now really. Hot guy in an army uniform. Sex is not so surprising.) LOL.
Napping.
And then he left.
I got him juice, and then left to go to mom’s. He called saying he’d be back to the apartment soon (he just had to show his Sgt some paperwork) – though I was already ready to head out.

Hung out with mom Monday. Went home, crashed into bed for work Tuesday.
Work Tuesday started with slight PMS tendancies. I felt like escalating life issues and decisions more than I normally would. This disappated at the day wore on.

Filmed concerts on the green after work Tuesday evening.
Saw Kelsi and Mel briefly before the concert, and I spotted glitch25 and faerievixen2 while filming. Fun times. They left before the end of the concert, but I knew they were there for a little while at least. (between focusing on the filming gig).

The concert filming went smooth this week, and we redeemed our last week’s foul coverage of it. This made the whole crew happier.

And today is Wednesday.
Classy will get her very first oil change today. We are 33% above the estimated average rate of milage on a car that is 1.5 months old. Classy has taken me 4,000 miles.

Quite the cord, eh?

It's all good. Who wants to trip over the cord and fall with a camera on their shoulder? Not this gal.
lol.

Or maybe I was figiting absently with the cord in my moments of concentration to the director.

Here is some crack. Well here is my crack anyway.

Oh and I found out that my car has an oil life sensor. It tells me when the oil needs to be changed! No more paying attention to the goofy mile stickers!

That's neato skeato!
I hate those mile stickers. I was just having that thought the other day.
The other day being yesterday.
