My co worker says, "when we hire the new person, I want to ask them during hiring what their opinion of the word 'motherfucker' is. If they respond positively, then we go forward."

heh.
Later post on theories about January and the office shifting. Seems there was a definite reason for my boss and his shift in attitude.
