My mom says that men aren't as good at nurturing. At least my dad wasn't the best...
Some are better than others.
I think Jim just went into this with the mindset of, "this is going to be a normal weekend," and now realizes, not so much.
Even though the man has had 8 teeth extracted when he was 13...
