The waiting

I got here so early and I am already done checking in. I am just waiting near my gate now. I found it easier than I thought. They threw out 93% of my snacks... and... hmmm.
Oops. I didn't realize you couldn't bring... applesauce?
No mandarin oranges either. No way was I going to go back and check those in. $7 worth of snacks? No. Throw it out.
Would have killed some time - yeah, but no.
I should be stoked that I got through the process really easily. Other than the oranges and applesauce.
Anywaysss. Trying to chat to make time go by.
And fighting a strange loneliness for no real reason.
But that's cool. Might just be tiredness. I felt like crap after dinner last night. And then went to bed late. And woke up several times during the night.
It was nice to have Jim around though.
I am truly excited. Just feeling this all-over-the-board ness atm.
