On the flip side
Apr. 4th, 2007 05:09 pmI bought a new case of sponges (for my hand washing the dishes procedures) from Costco.
And a new bottle of Echinacea.
AND... I will be filming UDVC and getting paid emergency rate ($80 for under 2 hrs and $120 for over 2 hrs.)
So, this will make life a little easier one of these days. Basically buffer the paycheck for May ;)
Also, Esurance is offering me a lower rate than crappy State Farm who has randomly upped my rate for the second time this year (and no, I didn't get a new ticket or get into a new accident.)
And luckily? In another year the last "incident" on my record will drop off. Here's to hoping I can make it another few years without any incidents. Tickets or otherwise.
So, instead of $300 monthly that they wanted to start charging me, it could go down to $175 or $181. Monthly? That's hella worth it. I just wish I could pay 6 months upfront: if I did that they'd discount me and it would be around $150 per month~!!!!
No hiking like I was thinking I might get to do after work; filming instead.
And I hope I have energy to run, because this morning I was just too affected by my wine escapade last night. Or something.
I miss my Tiger Mt. but, this week has been impossible to get out on the trail.
Oh. Well.
Maybe Thursday?!
If I don't go running I am definitely riding on the bike. And damn Gilmore Girls for not coming out with a new episode to air yet! Gah.
The day has been a busy workday. That is fine. I got my book back from Mom's. (The last in the set of 3 Kim Harrison books that the Kirkbus girls' lent to me.) AH man, I hope this UDVC meeting is short.
And I do it for the $$$$$.
*Blarg blarg blarg!* Where in a contemplate a temporary second job just for shits.

Date: 2007-04-05 01:53 am (UTC)Me...I was royally pissed off with our local station last night that they opted to show the Mariners game instead of GG. It makes me wonder if you get that to look forward to the rest of the season. I hope not.
I really hated it back in TN when they would pre-empt a show I really wanted to see for a basketball game - which happened quite frequently in fact...grrr...
