Wednesday was pretty slow. I just sat around after work with Steve. It wasn't that eventful, but it wasn't relaxing or satisfying either. Lately, I'd think that sitting around with Steve, doing nothing would be enjoyable. But somehow ... eh. *shrugs* We flirted for a while, but then he was being annoying and didn't realize that he was getting annoying. Bleh. Whatever :)
Today has been pretty fast paced. For this I was glad. I took lunch late, as I had to deal with a council-member's laptop issues. Now I've worked with a few councilmen. They seem to like me. That's good. They ARE the top.
Let's see... tonight I will swim with James. Cheryl could not make it. She forgot about driver's ed. Oh well. I'm okay with that. Steve said he might come too. That would actually be fun, if he actually swims. The last couple times he came but barely participated. I'm annoyed at the pool manager. Even though my contract says that as an employee benefit I can get family members free passes as well as myself, she is being a bitch and not letting me get a pass for my brother. It really frustrates me. First off, it says that spouses and family are eligible.
So she uses the fact that you must be in the same household for it to be counted as family. But boyfriends don't count. So here, I get penalized for being young and unmarried, having no children, and I don't get the benefit for family. It's wrong. I should at least get it for one or the other. How lame. Fuck Jen.

Why
Date: 2004-02-13 01:12 am (UTC)Re: Why
Date: 2004-02-15 09:47 pm (UTC)Henry J Heinz started off producing grated Horseradish bottled in clear glass to reveal its purity. This made the pickle king a millionaire and celebrity. He came up with the slogan "57 Varieties" and invented the legendary "pickle pin".
