So. I'm normal again! I've lost 10 lbs which puts me at my normal weight. I think I'll try for a few more just for fun. I know I can accomplish that and something tells me (This is TOTALLY a vain post, forgive me forgive me forgive me) that underneath the thin layer of feminine cushion, AKA, fat - I have some awesome lower abs. I can see my upper abs because yeah - I go running and do uphill hiking enough so it obviously tones these. I bet it also tones the lower ones and I just can't see them.

Here's to eating healthy, feeling great, and losing weight!
I sound like a weight-loss ad but what the fuck evar.

I love it! My back is feeling better and soon I can return to my usual level of fitness. And if I eat this healthy and have my occassional bad weeks with exercising, I'll still maintain! Hellz jeah.

Oh, did I mention I cook now than I could ever before? Not only is this way more gratifying than constantly eating out - I can control EVERYTHING in my meals. Seeing as some aspects of me are controlling (mostly my environment, not my people, cause my people can do what they want)... this food-micro-management stuff has been working out for me. And bolstering self confidence with a new skill is great! I donno how much Jim likes what I like to eat these days but that's coo. Speaking of him, did I mention he has the most FABULOUS smile evar? Yeah. Okay, well he does.

Oh, oh... couple weeks ago we went running together. That was really fun. I love running with my favorite eye-candy. And he got hot so he had to take off his shirt. LOVED it hahaha. Makes the whole ordeal a lot easier because yeah. Hotness.

So, this is how I've lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks:

I made a lot of changes to make this happen. The following things have changed:

- I no longer eat out 1-3 times everyday.
- I no longer drink sugar-filled soda every day (if ever anymore? a sup or two of Jim's drinks?)
- I eat a forth of what I used to eat in one sitting, easily.
- I am more conscious about my food choices.
- I have better balance to my blood sugar levels; I FEEL better.
- I have lost 10 lbs, and a notch in my belt. My pants fit looser, my belly is shrinking fast.
- I eat an exponentially lower amount of fat.
-I know how to cook now! Click here to see my photo journal of food!

A skinny Angela is a happy Angela. Really an active Angela is a happy Angela too. How many times can I say my own name in my own fucking post? hahahahahahaa. Oh gods. I'm insane. Oh and the ritual last month was really fun. Yeay naked Beltane rites.

Ahh... I could stand to lose 10-20... but I'm lazy. A dorm lifestyle doesn't help. There's crappy food downstairs with only salad as alternatives... I know what I like to eat for dinner... probably should just eat less of it and more fruits. As a "proper Asian" boy, I will NEVER go south beach or Atkin's because I <3 my rice. :3

Anyways, congrats on the weight loss. Though having a bit of fat is good... stick-thin women are not the hottness. :P But yea, good job!

Huzzah, Angela! If you add what you lost and what I've lost since November, we've lost 1/3 of a person! Or a 4 year old.

Congrats. :)

I love that you are keeping a food diary of sorts too. I'm trying myself to lose some weight (I'd be happy with 1/3 of what I need to lose to make myself "thin") but I'm having issues getting the whole family to eat healthier, as well as ideas that we can afford for meals.

Good luck in staying in the exact shape that you want to be in. :)

The graham crackers were a side item and I had to run.

I didn't like mix them, lol.
Not like MMMM let's put curry flavor on the crackers, lol. haha. I agree that'd be weird.
