Gay men get to have all the fun "forbidden" romance, whereas nothing feels daring or romantic in the heterosexual world anymore. Interracial couples are now perfectly normal, rich people marry poor people without scandal, etc.

Plus, men (I believe) generally uphold far fewer standards when passing judgement on a person before saying yes to a date or even just casual sex.

Alas, I'm eternally bound to desiring the female form & soul. One time I was at the Vogue with Emilie, and we were trying to find at least one guy I would even "consider", but I just couldn't get interested, nor could I manage for an instant to stop noticing all the hot women around me. Terminally straight I guess...

I'm still subscribing to the "all the good ones are taken" theory. Other than that, I've found that pissing off certain women can actually be lots of fun.

Afterall, if you can't please someone, why not pour your heart and soul into thoroughly dissappointing them instead? You should give Travis that reccomendation. =D

No worries. People break up all the time so "all the good ones" can't all be taken at once. ;)

Jim used to like to go up to the snotty, "oh look everyone should buy me a drink" sort of gals in the clubs and ask them if they'd buy him a drink.

He enjoyed their look of disdain and utter confusion like, "you mean you'd like to buy me one?" and he'd confirm, "no, no. I want you to buy ME a drink."

He would do this to the women that were your standard societal "hot" girls if you will - because he hated the concept of endless men buying them drinks and their entitlement complexes that follows with drawing this sort of crowd at clubs.

Those sort of women annoy the hell out of him. :P
