Question #1

There are a lot of things that do get me truly excited. Perhaps I'm being cliche, but here it is. Vacations where I travel to entirely new places with gorgeous scenery really REALLY makes me excited. Especially if I know my parents would never have been able to afford to do that for us as kids. Somehow the fact I never had those chances as a kid give me a reason to make up for that by being excited perhaps like a kid gets excited as an adult - and yet I find I can appreciate the excitement more as an adult than when I was a kid. Interesting and irony of ironies.
Another thing that gets me truly excited are deep rituals. Especially after the fact, when I can sit back and analyze what path I walked to make it happen and how it affected me in the entirety of completion.
Lastly, I hate to say it - but the prospect of finding companionship and having so much to share with people or a particular person. I'm always excited to share my life with others. The thought that people accept me wholly for what I am, and what I'm not - is wonderful. Flaws and all.
These things truly excite me.
Oh yeah. And Puppies. And dogs. And new computer equipment.
Fresh starts, challenges, and change also excites me ;)
