Man, do I suck at livejournal lately???!!!

Well, here it is. It's 6AM and I can successfully say I got up to go for a run. Yes! I did. It's probably the hardest thing for me. You see all these things that say (and yes I know, we're all wired differently) but you can't helped but notice that some are adamant about morning workouts. Whatevar. I know, I know. Do what works for you (me).

I am just noticing that... yeah, the concept that it COULD be the easiest way to make sure you "get it done," and yet... I really look forward to my after-work routine of this sometimes.
Anyhow.

Regardless, I made it. The clock went off at 4:45, and I made it out by 5:15ish. Amazing. (it's hard to do.)

The other thing I notice when I read things about fitness advice that says morning working out works better? They all work at like 8 or something, and say that getting up at 6 is all it takes. Well. Either way.

It's not my favorite, but look. It is all squared away and it is 6AM. I believe tomorrow is rest day; we did Circuit Training last night. Perhaps more later on life and not fitness. Ima hit the showers and all that jazz.

Wow. I am so not a morning person and that would NEVER work for me. I'm glad you have that sense of accomplishment. I did go walking with AJ today and spent 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer/hell beast. I realize that doesn't sound like much but I have been a lump for about two years. Slow start means I won't hurt myself. Keep up your good work!

It really has been one of those things that I am REALLY not good at - getting up early to work out. I want to sleep in as late as possible...

Walking is always good - and elliptical is pretty fun too. Injuries suck so starting slow is the best way.

Besides, what's the rush? You'll get where you want to be eventually anyway - right? That's my attitude anyway. :D ANything that is a little bit more than 2 weeks prior is the best way! Failproof and mostly injury proof.
