The parents are moving from Lynnwood back to Everett this weekend. That will be entertaining :)
I've had a weird week. Was sick Tuesday, came in amped up Wednesday, felt blah Thursday (stomachache - must still be recovering) and then today is Friday. I'm taking care of work that is mine and work that is also one of my co-workers'. Whatever - right?

Of course don't forget to take care of that long list of requests. Well - my list is actually rather short and easy. So... hm. I guess the list at large looks horrible. But that's because of the sick-bug and the fact that the rest of staff has things assigned to them that are open. I guess it appears like it's MY work? Whatever. Tuesday Team Meeting day will tell all - especially seeing as by end of day I am pretty sure most of mine will be closed. Because that's how I roll.

Whatever the case, directly after work I hope to get a run in!
Also... the other night was pretty sweet! I found an awesome coat at Kohl's. I've been cold a lot lately. Losing a whole Rufus will do that to you! ;) and converting fat to muscle also... SO, I decided it was time to buy a quality winter coat. I had been shopping with mom and tried on almost every coat. This is huge to me because I have no idea what normal coats are like. My entire childhood I rarely wore a coat, and pretty much up until now I didn't feel like I really needed one. So I didn't get one.

And NOW? I really need one. I get cold. The only coat I have had recently has been my leather jacket. (Which I like - but I figured something else heavier would do.)

I decided on nothing. Except I did like ONE. But it was the most expensive coat there was at Kohl's. Originally a $180 coat, it was on sale in Lynnwood for $104.
That night I actually dreamed of the coat. I decided I really wanted the coat. SO... I was on a mission to buy it. I realized there was a Kohl's in Redmond that just opened. We went and hectically found the coat. It was a on rack that said $75! I was like... wow sweet. So, once we got up to the check stand, it rang up at $90... we were like, "Um, it said $75..." because it did. It had been SUPER busy because of the grand opening that they gave it to us for $75.

The other awesome part was that Jim bought it for me as an early Yulemas present.!!!
Squeee.

So, now I have a pretty new coat.
Thankful Friday to follow. For now I will be going to take care of some requests.
