Too heavy!

I went out with Travis and Jim last night. We went to Pyramid brewery. This possibly was asking to overeat... I think I ordered a 1/2 lb burger, not sure how big it was, but I ate the entire thing.

I still feel full. Oops. Damn, I used to be able to pull that off and not feel like shit the next day. I ran in the morning today but bluuuuuuh. That felt crummy. Mental note to self: HELLO! STOP EATING if you're not hungry anymore.

;)

It's been a long time since I did something like that. Ah, well. I somehow made it through my run in the rain with no coat... heh. Bluuuuh. I wanted to turn back but I forced myself to go the whole way. And possibly even a little further. I changed up my route a bit...

Whatever, I do feel better now, and after my latest weight loss plan (Duke'N'Lose) things feel a little less gross.

Phew.
Ah well. Off to help the parents move soon.
oh oh. Note to self. If I want a burger I might as well broil it at home with my own shit. Then at worst I'l full for 20 minutes. Not like 14 hours. :D

Anyways. I was generally in a poopy mood last night after work anyway... when I very well should not be! Well here goes to a day of moving my parents into their new apartment in Everett.

The alternative is that thing they call a to-go box. Then you can enjoy the meal twice as long and not feel so full. :-)

I know what to-go boxes are. I usually use them. But I think everyone has a weakness now and then and eats more than they need. As some previous exes know - I get pissed off if they take my food and don't offer to put it in a box to take with me.

I think it was a combination of a superb burger, alongside with the concept I had been starving due to the plans being changed enough so dinner was pushed back. :)

As some know - the hungrier you FEEL, the more you'll eat. Where as if you stay pretty level, you're not likely to eat a whole cow or something.

Ah well. worse things have happened.

*nods* Nothing wrong with a weak moment now and again. Its not like you don't bust ass in the meantime. Just don't beat yourself up over it.
