Rufus home from the vet after some blood tests and his ultrasound. They're going to give me copies of the pictures once their printer is fixed.

I want to see my dog's innards.
So, they looked at all his organs.
He had one enlarged adrenal gland - and no tumors on the adrenal glands.
Okay. Typically both adrenal glands are enlarged if there is a problem in the pituitary gland (in the brain.)
We are waiting for the rest of the tests to see if medication will be what can be done (whether or not he really has Cushings disease or not.)

And maybe I will scan my dog's innard photographs. Now that'd be fun.
All this is costly, but worth it.

Definitely worth it. I spent well over $1,000 to save Merlin last year, and it has been worth every penny.
