New ways of coping
Apr. 11th, 2008 08:02 amWhilst getting coffee this morning with TS, I was complaining about Annoying CoWorker.
He has been trying this new thing called, "letting it go." I decided perhaps I will go on this again. I've done it before, but usually it builds up and eventually I just get mad in the grand scheme and forget to "let it go."
Today marks the first day in which I try very hard to "let it go," no matter how ridiculous it is. I am thinking a few more positive and inspirational sayings might help me in achieving a little more self peace lately. Do you have any good ones to contribute? I know a few co workers elsewhere have some awesome ones. I should go and copy them down onto paper and transcribe them somewhere for myself.
I am sure things can begin to look brighter if I just try a little harder to let the craptastic things go by without letting them into my energy bubble. After all.
Also; I'd like to post later on "shaping your own reality." This is sort of a reminder for myself that I'd like to write on that.
