Today - after doing 45 seconds on each side, I have upgraded to 1 minute planks.
Badass! I can do it!

I am proud of me.
I think my new goal is to work up to 2 minutes eventually.
I found some better music for running to in the coming weeks.
My call for music was great - and now I have some ideas for sitting at the desk listening or just in the house.
But as for runs, it has to be upbeat or it doesn't fly. I realized on my phase 6 I was DYING for ... better tunes for actual running.
When I had 30-40 minutes to fill, any song would do. When I only have a few 4 minute slots for now, I really want better tunes for those periods.

So I grabbed some top 250 of the 90's. Because let's face it. The 90's were when I really got into tunes.

Yeah, I was gonna say, the most upbeat music I know of is the stuff my mom used for her aerobics classes back in the 90's. Sometimes I wish I could get my hands on some of her old mix tapes...
