New Phases I created
Aug. 13th, 2008 08:14 amSo my physical therapist said to slowly add more as I reached the end of phase 8. Still doing every other day.
Phase 9 - 18 minutes
Phase 10 - 21 minutes
Phase 11 - 24 minutes
Phase 12 - 27 minutes
From there, I can work with making a new set of phases once these are possible.
She also said when I added in terrains, to subtract some time in order to ensure that my knees get used to - say, a trail run.
