Bikram Yoga Day 2

Settling into a little more.
They were glad to see me. Although I know it may not be so - aren't they glad to see me because they're going to assrape my wallet? ;)
That was the big fiasco point of contention Jim brought up after day 1.
I was like "err.... well."
It was somewhat serious of a discussion that lasted over the day/night. More on that. I'm freezing and need a shower.
Day 2 was good - although still challenging. I feel messy, sloppy - like I have none of the poses right initially. But then... it IS only the second day.
I can see nothing but strength coming into my knees for this.
Because of how much they react after the first few standing poses. They start to sort of twitch and shutter and it is almost like I am forcing it to use muscles that it tries so desperately not to day in and out due to this frickin injury.
