Yesterday, was day 5.
I never got to go into why Monday felt so awesome. I think it was just because I mastered knee locking a little bit more, and understood more of the poses on an overall. I felt like I had some good advances on my skill. For one thing, I felt pretty good at the one backward-bending pose. I'd figure out the names but I am too lazy.

Day 5, however - seemed a whole lot more difficult! Particularly the standing poses. I struggled the entire set of standing poses, for what reason I couldn't tell you. I saw that my focus was entirely off, where as usually I am not so bad at focusing. But by the time we finished those and moved on, I did notice I am already feeling a little more limber on the leg stretching and such. I found that I was improving on the floor stretch. I don't know what it is called either. Whatev, right. Needless to say it was once again brutal in terms of form, but it was nice to polish off the night. Problem? I was up later than planned.

Thereby sleeping in today accidentally. Yikes.
