This gives me hope
Dec. 27th, 2008 12:21 amI doubt my injury is as severe, and also - I have been into this injury about 8 months doing varying forms of therapy. HOWEVER, this article was in Men's Health as well as IYogaLife.com:

OH. Maybe it was because I was only doing like 12-15 miles a week, not 80-100... lol!
for those curious. My teacher today was surprised that I was coming every.day.possible to class. I have been in class with this teacher a few times as a pupil and a fellow classmate. Linda is pretty good - albeit new. There were only 4 of us in the 8;30 class tonight. I was enjoying actually being way off in my own corner at the front next to both mirrors. Class felt pretty successful today - my weaker pose was ... oh hell. I can't even remember. :P
Today I am acutely aware that maybe my ass is getting stronger. It was already pretty damned strong with all the running... but err... jeah. Hmm. Ok!
Rufus was charming me tonight. I took a bath because I felt like it (woohoo!) and I got out to see he was sitting right outside the bathroom door - all loyal and waiting for his owner to leave the tub. As I started draining the tub I remember him peeking around the corner to see if I was done. Then when I went to sit at Jim's computer - once again he followed at my feet to curl up.
He's just so damn cute some days!!!! It makes me want to squeeze him. What a good dog.
