In less than an hour I get to do that lovely team meeting. But once it's over, it's over.
I feel like this week I have tons of things to work on. Regarding bettering myself.
I think my goal this week is to clean up my foods and circuit train twice this week on top of my usual Yoga routines. If I can achieve that Tuesday-Tuesday, then I will be a happy person.
I'm just feeling like right now there's some stuff missing for me.
It could be that the weekend rather than leaving me feeling rested and ready for my week – has left me oddly imbalanced and feeling out of sorts!

Even Monday I tried to pull my focus back, I felt like it was nearly impossible. The Yoga helped, but some days I know it can't take care of all of it.
I think if I hit a CT plus Yoga today maybe I can reel in my out-of-sorts feelings. I'm not sure.
But after our team meeting I will head out and commit to CT. Even if I am starving. Lol.

If only I could write. But I don't even know what to write this week.
In good news; I've gotten a good handle on my work flow already this week. I am not sure why or how. ANd I hope it remains.
