Weekend Update

Weekend updates!
Alright---- SATURDAY rocked my socks. Saw Harry Potter with Inna, Melissa, Steve, and James.
James and Melissa’s first date. The first time they had ever met face to face, also.
Of course, Inna so kindly pointed out James’ single handedly worst physical insecurity ever--- his elbows… within the first 5 minutes he met Melissa. [Not so quietly either]. But that really turned out to be the worst part of their date, so that is saying a lot.
Melissa is very nice. Actually looking forward to getting to know her. Saw the movie, went to Wallace Falls [it was national trails day, free parking… this seemed fateful to me!]….
Walked around… then went to Denny’s, visited pleasantly for quite some time… and then we went to my parents’ house to see the heard [of dogs]. Yes Inna, it’s a zoo. Yeay for animals.
I did note that Inna was the first of my pagan friends to actually see where I lived for 4 years…. Before I moved into my Duplex.
Jeah. I guess it’s pretty insignificant.
Moving on. The day was fun. Inna was falling asleep on the way home. I too, had gotten up at 6AM that day. [it was the same day I had dropped Bobby off at work in the morning after extensive energy work the night before.]
I didn’t go back to sleep. Instead, I stayed up until nearly 1 that morning. I show a pretty steady pattern of being able to work energy and not needing much rest. I’m a little crazy like that.
Sunday entailed driving Steve out to Monroe to do guy stuff with James after the 3 of us had lunch. I was not reluctant to let them go. I then went to Shoreline and picked up Jon. We hung out for some time, and it was pleasant. Went to Sultan because I thought my mom was there. She wasn’t. Let the dogs eat at the house—then went for a random drive… [showed him Wallace Falls Park and also Kellogg Lake Road, with great speed.]
Then…. We spontaneously visited Travis. That was awkward and weird. Eh. It was aight. Drove him home, then hung out with Steve. It was nice.
Monday entailed driving out to get Jon, and taking him to Tiger Mountain. He didn’t believe me that the cable line trail goes straight up; now he does. A ton of fun. Showered and then I whisked us off to go see my family. I could have scored some quality alone time with him, but I was dumb and rushed off to have lunch with mom and Jon. We hung out in Sultan, and then I went shopping, and then I dropped Jon off [I stayed briefly and watched a few minutes of sister act I] and then went home to Steve. I ate some munchies I bought on my shopping expedition, and then I went to bed, after hanging out amply with Steve.
This weekend I also pulled off a quality phone call to Lianna, Kelsi, and a mediocre phone call to SK. I tried to call Mel. Got her voicemail. Anything else I missed? Not really.
Melissa will go camping with us next weekend [we’ll do a hike to Greider Lakes.]
That’ll rock. I’ll be glad to hit the trail. Angela will be out of contact this next weekend. YEAY!!! Get the packs ready and LET’S GET GOING! WOOOHOO!
Jon talks about going hiking with his dad with virtually no food or gear. How ghetto! It’s way more fun to take the 7 essentials, eat well, AND have a better workout.
Jon makes me feel attractive. Random comment.
I’m back at work. And that’s just fine. I TOTALLY didn’t realize Sean ciall spell circle was tonight. I had to cancel some secondary plans I’d made for some contract work. Oopsh. S’aight.
Now I’m looking forward to this evening even more!
